Soreana Ltd is a UK-based brand specialising in lifestyle and home goods. We proudly operate and ship from our UK fulfilment centre.

We are an online-only store, which allows us to offer better prices and a broader selection of products directly to your door.

Yes. We accept bulk orders for businesses or events. Please email us at Support@Soreana.co.uk with your request.

13. How do I exchange a product?

Exchanges are handled as returns. Please return your item and place a new order for the replacement. Details can be found on our Return and Refunds Policy.

14. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
